Family Services
Here at Hampton Park Community House, we have a dedicated support system tailored for you and your loved ones. As the Programme Coordinator of Integrated Family Support, I am proud to lead our specialised teams, who work in close collaboration with other professionals to deliver comprehensive and integrated support through a trauma-informed approach. This approach helps us to understand and address the profound impacts of trauma, ensuring that our services are sensitive and responsive to each family's unique needs.
Our experienced team are committed to making sure no family is left behind. We assist families in navigating childcare, kindergarten, and school arrangements, and we ensure every child receives the attention they deserve. Additionally, we offer practical coping strategies and essential support.
We believe that with the right support, everyone can thrive. Our case managers and workers are equipped with the expertise to help you develop a deeper understanding of your circumstances and identify pathways to live life to its fullest. We have a long history of working with families from diverse backgrounds and across a broad range of issues.
We provide a variety of support options including face-to-face, office-based consultations, home visits, and remote support through phone and online services throughout the week.
At Hampton Park Community House Family Service, we are here to support you and your family's well-being every step of the way.
